Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO REFUNDS

All purchases made through our store are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • buyer’s remorse

  • change of mind

  • incorrect purchase

  • dissatisfaction with the product

  • delays caused by carriers or customs

  • subscription charges that were not canceled on time

Once an order is placed, it cannot be undone, reversed, or refunded.

This policy applies to all products, whether physical or digital, unless required by law.

2. SUBSCRIPTIONS — 32-DAY CANCELLATION POLICY

If you have an active subscription with Velledo:

  • You may cancel at any time, but

  • The cancellation must be submitted at least 32 days before your next scheduled billing date.

If the cancellation request is received less than 32 days before renewal:

  • The upcoming charge will still be processed

  • The cancellation will take effect for the following billing cycle

  • No refunds will be issued for the renewal payment

You will continue to have access to the subscription until the end of the paid billing period.

3. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Because all orders are processed immediately, we do not accept cancellation requests once an order is confirmed.

No exceptions are made.

4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

  • We may offer a replacement only if required by law and only in cases where damage is clearly caused during transit.

  • We do not offer cash refunds or credits.

5. SHIPPING ISSUES

We are not responsible for:

  • carrier delays

  • lost or stolen packages

  • failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses

No refunds are provided for any shipping-related issue.
